Company Profile
Genesis Minerals Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration and mine development company. The principal activities of the Company are processing at Mt Morgans, exploration of its 100% owned tenement packages at Laverton and Leonora and pre-development activities at the Ulysses Gold Project. Mt Morgans comprises a portfolio of open pit and underground Mineral Resources, a 2.9 million tons per annum (Mtpa) conventional carbon-in-leach processing plant, and a highly prospective exploration tenure. Leonora Gold Project is located approximately 30 kilometers (km) south of Leonora and 200km north of Kalgoorlie, in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The Barimaia Gold Project is located in the Murchison District of Western Australia, approximately 10 kilometers southeast of the Mt Magnet Gold Mine. Its Leonora operations also include Gwalia underground mine, 1.4Mtpa Leonora mill, Tower Hill project, Zoroastrian project, and the Aphrodite and Harbour Lights refractory projects.
