XAU Resources Inc. is a gold exploration and development company focused on developing and managing projects located within the Guyana greenstone belt. The Company has the 152.25 square kilometers Noseno land package in the Trans-Guyana gold belt. The property is in the same greenstone terrane that hosts the largest gold deposits in Guyana, the Aurora Mine and the Toroparu Project. The property lies 210 kilometers (km) west of the capital, Georgetown, and 75 km south of the regional supply center at Port Kaituma (inland port). The Noseno Project comprises about 37 licenses covering 37,623 acres, together with 100% of the mineral and mining rights attached thereto or derived therefrom.
