It operates through two segments: Bakery Segment and Investment Property. Its Bakery Segment manufactures a range of predominantly bakery and home cooking needs food products for distribution to a diverse customer base. Its Investment Property segment manages the Company’s industrial/commercial land which is held for investment purposes. The Company includes products, which are manufactured under retailers’ private labels and also the Company’s own retail brands, such as Nemar, Golden Popcorn and Orchard Icing.
