Company Profile

Diatreme Resources Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company is a producer of mineral and silica sands. It is focused on exploration and development of its silica mineral exploration tenements in Australia with silica exploration land packages covering an area of circa. 625 square kilometers (sq km) in Queensland’s Eastern Cape York region, around 200 km north of Cairns. Its projects comprise the Northern Silica Project and Galalar Silica Sand Project. The Northern Silica Project is a supplier of silica products for the solar photovoltaic and specialty glass industry. It is located approximately 35 kilometers north of Hope Vale and 14 kilometers west of the Port of Cape Flattery in Far North Queensland. It contains silica sands with a silicon dioxide purity of greater than 99% and a low iron content of less than 120 parts per million (ppm). The Galalar Silica Sand Project is situated near Cape Bedford approximately 20 kilometers from Hope Vale, the Galalar Silica Sand Project.
