The Etango North-East Project comprises the granted exclusive prospecting licence (EPL) over 6933 located in the western part of Namibia, situated within the Namib-Naukluft National Park and Dorob National Park and covers an area of 30 square kilometers (km2). It also holds a royalty interest over various mining tenements located in Western Australia, which form part of the Coolgardie Gold Project owned by Focus Minerals Ltd.
