Company Profile

Conifex Timber Inc. is a Canada-based forest products company. The Company’s primary business includes timber harvesting, reforestation, forest management, sawmilling logs into lumber and wood chips, and value-added lumber finishing and distribution. It produces lumber products and renewable energy from its sawmill and bioenergy plant in Mackenzie, B.C. Its lumber products include J-GRADE, 2&BTR, SELECT, STUDS, ECONOMY, and 3. It produces all grades of Western spruce-pine-fir (SPF) dimension lumber and studs. It produces up to 230 gigawatt hours (GWh) of energy per year to provide power to about 20,000 British Columbia homes and is sold to BC Hydro through a long-term power supply agreement. Its lumber products are sold in the United States, Canadian and Japanese markets. The Company also produces bioenergy at its power generation facility at Mackenzie, BC. Conifex Power Limited Partnership (CP Partnership) is its wholly owned subsidiary.
