CD Private Equity Fund III (the Fund) is an Australia-based managed investment scheme. The Fund’s investment objectives are to provide unitholders with exposure to a portfolio of investments in small and mid-market private investment funds and privately held companies, predominantly in the United States, to achieve capital growth over a five to ten-year investment horizon. Through its investment in the United States Select Private Opportunities Fund III, L.P., the Fund has made capital commitments across 13 United States private investment funds all focused on small-to-mid-market private investment opportunities. The Fund is focused on a range of industries, including healthcare, business services, software businesses, and food and consumer products. The responsible entity of the Fund is E&P Investments Limited.
