Company Profile
Canterbury Resources Limited is an Australia-based resource company. The Company is focused on exploration opportunities in the Southwest Pacific. Its segments include Australia and Papua New Guinea (PNG). The Australia exploration holds 100% of the Briggs, Mannersley and Fig Tree Hill tenements. These tenements are located inland from Gladstone, forming a contiguous over 10 kilometers by 10 kilometers block, located at the southern end of the northwest-southeast trending Mt Morgan structural belt. The PNG exploration includes Ekuti Range and Wamum on the mainland, and Bismarck on Manus Island. The Ekuti Range Project is over 20 kilometers west of Harmony Gold’s Hidden Valley gold mine, approximately 50 kilometers south of Newcrest/Harmony’s Wafi-Golpu development project. The Wamum tenement adjoins the Harmony-Newcrest project area in Morobe Province, PNG. The Bismarck Project is located on central Manus Island in northern PNG, some 830 kilometers north of Port Moresby.
