Cosmos Exploration Ltd is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on exploring for gold, copper and nickel deposits in Australia. The Company’s portfolio includes the highly prospective Orange East Project in New South Wales (NSW) and the Byro East Project in Western Australia (WA). The Orange East exploration project is comprised of tenement EL8442 that is located in NSW approximately 15 kilometers (km) along strike from McPhillamys Project. The tenement is situated on the eastern margin of the Molong Volcanic Belt with much of the tenement hosting the Mullions Range Imbricate Thrust Zone. The Byro East Project is located on the north-western margin of the Yilgarn Craton, in the Western Gneiss Terrane, approximately 300km north-west of Geraldton, Western Australia. The Bryro East Project comprises of five tenements primarily prospective for intrusive related nickel, copper, and platinum-group element (PGE) deposits and orogenic gold mineralization.
