The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mining assets in Northwestern Ontario. Its projects include Richardson Lake Gold Property and Ranger Lake Gold Property. The Richardson Lake Gold Property is located in Northwestern Ontario’s Red Lake Gold Camp; approximately 100 kilometers (km) from Evolution Mining’s Campbell mill facility; 10 km north of First Mining Gold’s Springpole deposit, and one km north of the Argosy gold mine. The Ranger Lake Gold Property is located in Northwestern Ontario’s Red Lake Gold Camp, eight km east of Evolution Mining’s Campbell mill facility, It holds a 100% interest in the McFaulds Lake base metals property in Ontario’s Ring of Fire area. It holds a 35% interest in a group of properties (144 hectares) at Bridget Lake in Ball Township, Red Lake Mining Division.
