The Company has 100% ownership of the Augustus Project and the Yoquivo Silver Project. The Yoquivo Project is a silver-gold exploration project located in the Ocampo district of Chihuahua, Mexico. The Augustus Project is a copper-gold advanced exploration and development project located in Yavapai County, Arizona, United States. It also has the option to acquire an approximately 80% interest in the Myrtleford and Beaufort Gold Projects, located in the Victorian Goldfields, Australia and to acquire a 100% interest in the Gavilanes Silver Project in Durango, Mexico and a 100% ownership of the Guadalupe y Calvo gold-silver project in Chihuahua, Mexico. Additionally, through its controlled entity Pacific American Coal Canada Limited, the Company possesses coal exploration licenses in the coking coal regions of Kootenay, British Columbia.
