ATAC Resources Ltd. (ATAC) is Canada-based exploration company that is focused on exploring for gold and copper in Yukon, British Columbia and Nevada. The Company’s projects include Rackla Gold Property, Connaught, PIL, Catch, and Rosy. Its 100% owned 1,700 square kilometers (km2) Rackla Gold Property, located in central Yukon, which is comprised of two separate projects: Rau Project, and Nadaleen Project. The Connaught property is located in the Dawson Mining District in west-central Yukon. It lies immediately south of the Sixty Mile placer gold camp, approximately 65 km west of Dawson City. The Rosy property is located 77 km east of Whitehorse and surrounds the Red Mountain Molybdenum deposit. The property covers a system of gold-silver epithermal veins. The Catch property is located in an underexplored part of south-central Yukon, 56 km south-east of Carmacks. The PIL property is located in the prolific Toodoggone porphyry and epithermal district of northern British Columbia.
