The Company distributes and markets international computer brands and accessories in Turkey via branches in Ankara and Izmir, and in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus through its distribution network. It also has a branch in the Istanbul Free Trade Zone. The branch in Istanbul Free Trade Zone, Arena Serbest Bolge, is commonly used as a purchasing department of the Company from overseas. On November 29, 2010, the 49.40% of the total shares of the Company has been purchased by Redington International Holdings Limited.
