Atlas Metals Group PLC focused on identifying projects and/or acquisition opportunities with the potential for growth and value creation in commodities. Its project consists of Direct Investment and Indirect Investment. Under direct Investment division, it operates the Gold Ridge Project. The Gold Ridge Project includes three mines: the Gold Ridge Mine, the Gold Prince Mine, and the Dives Mine. The mines are located on the lower southern slopes of the Dos Cabezas Mountains over a 1.8 km strike within prospective 5km long vein swarm. Under Indirect Investment, it operates the Uranium Project and the Lake Victoria Gold Project in the region of Northern Tanzania. The Uranium Project is located 48 km from Capital Bishkek and 95 km from Karabalta uranium processing plant. The Lake Victoria Gold Project region hosts both Geita gold mine and Bulyanhulu gold mine. The Company's Oumjerane mine is located in the Southeast of Morocco on the southern flank of the Eastern Anti-Atlas (Jbel Saghro).
