Admiralty Resources NL is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on exploration and development of economic mineral deposits in Australia and Chile. The Company’s projects include Admiralty Minerals and Pyke Hill. Admiralty Minerals projects include 32 mineral exploration and exploitation concessions covering approximately 6,600 hectares (ha) located within the Chilean iron belt in the Atacama Desert and 10 kilometers (km) south of the city of Vallenar in the Third Region of Chile. Its flagship projects are the iron ore districts in Chile: Harper South (2,498 ha), Pampa Tololo (3,455 ha) and El Cojin (600 ha). The Pyke Hill Project in Western Australia comprises a single granted Mining Lease which covers an area of 5.37 square kilometers. The project is located approximately 40km southeast of the Murrin Murrin Nickel Operation operated by Minara Resources Limited and is considered prospective for a high-grade nickel laterite deposit.
