Its targeted investments include residential loans, including business purpose loans; agency RMBS; non-agency RMBS; structured multifamily property investments such as preferred equity in, and mezzanine loans to, owners of multifamily properties; other mortgages, such as residential housing- and credit-related assets and strategic investments in companies from which it purchases, or may in the future purchase, its targeted assets.
