The Company operates in one segment, which is the management and lease of olive orchard assets segment. This includes the cultivation of olive trees, the harvesting and processing of fruit to oil, the marketing of oil produced, as well as related services. The Company’s projects include Victorian Olive Oil Project I and Victorian Olive Oil Project II. Victorian Olive Oil Project I has 285 under cultivation and comprises various tree types, including Barnea, Frantoio, Picual, Nevadillo Blanco and Picholine. Victorian Olive Oil Project II covers an area of approximately 108 hectares. Its investment property comprises land located at 1453 Wychitella Quambatook Road, Terrappee in Victoria, totaling approximately 517.85 hectares.
