VMS Industries Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of ship breaking as well as trading in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The Company’s segments include Manufacturing and Trading. The Manufacturing segment is engaged in ship breaking activities. The Trading segment is engaged in the trading of scrap iron and steel. Its business includes ship recycling, automobiles and exports. The Company has purchased a total of approximately 37 ships for its ship recycling activities, which include LORETTA D, COLOMOBO STAR II, MADRE, VENUS GAS, WINCO, MT MAR, LIBRA GAS II, ANNOULA, KAPADOKIA, M V GREEN NEPTUNIC, JAMAIMA, KINGSWAY, THERESA LEPOARD, MV OCEAN, BLU, SHAN, INTERBOARD, HACI ALI SARI, MV ABM PIONEER, M.V NOA, ARMIA KRAJOWA, M.V.HANJI, M.V. MASUREN, M.V. COMMODORE and M.V. BALEEN, among others. The Company recycles ships at the Alang Ship Breaking Yard.
