X-Terra Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, and developing mining properties. It has interests in properties at the exploration stage located in Canada. Its Troilus East Property consists of approximately 182 mining claims in the surrounding area of the past producing Troilus Mine. The property is located approximately 135 kilometers (km) by road from the town of Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada. Its Ducran property consists of about 70 mining claims located in the Eeyou Istchee/Baie James Territory, approximately 15 km south of the town of Chapais in the province of Quebec. Its Grog and Northwest Properties are in New Brunswick, which consists of about 34 mining claims, covering an area of about 28,000 hectares (ha). Its Veronneau property covers about 506 claims totaling approximately 24,595 ha. Its Rimouski Project covers an area of about 39895 ha. Its Rimouski North Project covers about 36159 ha.
