Qomolangma Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company. The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring, engaging in a share exchange, share reconstruction and amalgamation with, purchasing all or substantially all of the assets of, entering into contractual arrangements with, or engaging in any other similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. The Company has not selected any specific business combination target and has not, nor has anyone on its behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target. The Company intends to pursue target businesses that are strategically significant in the Asian markets and focus on businesses with a total enterprise value of between $300,000,000 and $500,000,000. The Company has not commenced any operations nor generated any revenues.
