It buys small software companies that have developed a niche in a vertical market servicing a base of customers with a B2B application. It helps entrepreneurs exit their businesses by providing them with a liquidity event. It provides sales and marketing resources, strategic partnerships and enabling technologies, including automation, self-service and artificial intelligence/machine learning to enable companies to grow into significant organizations in their respective markets. The Company’s Kesson Group provides Teach Away, a teacher recruitment and jobs platform; Skooli, an online tutoring platform that offers tutoring support to K-12 districts, and Klassroom, an alternative teacher licensure program.
