Company Profile

Plant Health Care plc provides peptides for plant protection for global agricultural markets. The Company offers products to improve the health, vigor and yield of various field crops, such as corn, soybeans, potatoes and rice, as well as specialty crops, such as fruits and vegetables. It operates globally through subsidiaries, distributors and supply agreements with various industry partners. Its biological products help growers to protect their crops from stress and diseases, and to produce fruit and vegetables. Its segments include Americas, Mexico and Rest of World. The Americas segment includes activities in both North and South America. The Mexico segment includes sales of Harpinab and third-party products. Harpinab is sold as H2Copla into sugar cane in Brazil, through Coplacana, which is a distributor of inputs for this crop. The Rest of World segment includes operations of the United Kingdom and Spanish subsidiaries, which together operate across Europe and South Africa.
