Company Profile
Pera Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS is a Turkey-based real estate investment trust. Its main activity is to make investments in real estate, real estate projects, real estate backed rights and capital market instruments. Its investment portfolio focuses on urban projects and renovation of old and historic buildings. The Company’s projects include Sumerpark Shopping Center in Denizli, Turkey, which includes residential flats, a shopping mall, a five-star hotel, a hospital, sports and other leisure facilities. Aqua Dolce Tourism Complex in Kyrenia, North Cyprus, is another project of the Company that involves the construction of a resort hotel, swimming pools, a casino, a marina and several other leisure activity areas. It controls 50% of Maya Turizm Ltd., which is incorporated in North Cyprus. As of October 8, 2012, its largest shareholder was Global Yatirim Holding A.S., which held 48.39% shares.
