The Company has a single reporting segment, which is engaged in selling subscriptions to use its software and provision of software-related services. The Company conducts its operations through its wholly owned and controlled subsidiaries: OneBridge Solutions Canada Inc. (OBS CA), OneBridge Solutions, Inc. (OBS USA) and OneCloudCo Limited (OCC). OBS CA provides software services to the oil and gas pipeline industry consisting of cognitive software solutions incorporating machine learning, predictive analytics, and other data science techniques.
