The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are the manufacture, development, and distribution of medical diagnostic products for the food sensitivity testing market. The Company’s Health and Nutrition division specializes in the research, development and production of kits to aid the detection of immune reactions to food. It also provides clinical analysis to the general public, clinics and health professionals, as well as supplying the point-of-care Food Detective test. Its FoodPrint test analyzes up to 222 foods for immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies. Its Food Detective product tests for sensitivities across 59 common foods and can be used by the practitioner in-clinic. Its FoodELISA tests utilize ELISA technology for the measurement of IgG antibodies to different food antigens.
