The REIT assets that accompany office space, including retail spaces with amenities, and may also invest in hospitality assets, residential assets and other property types in New York City. The REIT also originate or acquire real estate debt backed by quality, income- producing commercial real estate located predominantly in New York City. Its portfolio is primarily comprised of office and retail tenants.
