Nightingale Intelligent Systems, Inc provides unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) for commercial applications. The Company operates at the intersection of three market segments, which include Commercial UAS and drones, Security and Surveillance, and Protecting Critical Infrastructure. The Commercial UAS and drones segment include UAS, including drones and other unmanned aerial robotics that are regularly used for defense, commercial applications and by consumers. The Protecting Critical Infrastructure segment includes enterprise, defense and emergency response linked to critical infrastructure locations, including utilities, petrochemical facilities, military facilities, data centers, pharmaceutical laboratories and other critical infrastructure and the United State Government has over 16 categories of critical infrastructure sites that require additional protection and resilience, including defense sites, data centers and power generation facilities.
