Kibo Energy PLC is a multi-asset green energy development company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are related to the development of renewable energy projects in Southern Africa and the United Kingdom. The Company is focused on developing projects within three focus areas: renewable/clean energy, reserve power and long-duration energy storage. Its segments include Mbeya Coal PP, Bordersley Power, Rochdale Power, PyeBridge Power, and Sustinery Energy. It is developing reserve power and waste to energy projects, while identifying other project pipelines in renewables and long-duration energy storage. It holds an interest in MAST Energy Developments (MED), which develops and operates Reserve Power plants across the United Kingdom. The Company also holds interest in Katoro Gold plc, a battery metals/gold exploration company.
