The Company is involved in designing, manufacturing and selling thermostatic controls, cordless interfaces, and other products, such as water, dispensers, jugs and filters, primarily to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), commercial and residential customers based in China, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The Company operates through three segments: kettle controls, water category and appliances. Its brands include Aqua Optima, LAICA, astrea and Billi.
