The Company is engaged in the evaluation and exploration of mineral property interests with its focused on Nevada, the United States. The Company’s primary focus is on advancing the Sandman Project. Sandman is an advanced exploration and development gold project, which is located in Townships 36 and 37 North, Ranges 35 and 36 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, Humboldt County, Nevada, United States. The property is situated south of the Slumbering Hills and west of the Tenmile Hills, circa 24 kilometers (km) northwest of the town of Winnemucca, Nevada. The property consists of approximately 761 mineral claims within the 117 square kilometers (km2) total land package. The Company also holds 100% of the Big Balds Gold project (Big Balds), which is located approximately 120 km south of Elko, Nevada, the United States and is comprised of approximately 109 lode mining claims.
