Company Profile

Cincinnati Bancorp, Inc. is a unitary savings and loan holding company. The Company conducts its business principally through its wholly owned subsidiary, Cincinnati Federal (the Bank). The Bank is a federal savings bank. The Bank’s business consists primarily of taking deposits from the general public and investing those deposits, together with borrowings and funds generated from operations, in one- to four-family residential real estate loans, nonresidential real estate and multi-family loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, and construction and land loans. It also invests in securities, which primarily consist of mortgage-backed securities issued by United States government-sponsored entities and Federal Home Loan Bank stock. It offers a variety of deposit accounts, including checking accounts, savings accounts and certificate of deposit accounts. The Bank conducts its operations in four locations in Cincinnati, Ohio, and two locations in Northern Kentucky.
