Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited is a British Virgin Islands-based gold mining company. The Company’s segments include the exploration of mineral deposits in the Kyrgyz Republic with support provided by the British Virgin Islands (Kyrgyz Republic) and the exploration and production of copper and zinc concentrate at Kapan in Armenia (Armenia). The Company owns the Kapan operating mine in Armenia, as well as the Tulkubash and the Kyzyltash Gold Projects in the Kyrgyz Republic. The Company’s assets comprise the Chaarat Gold Project (Tulkubash and Kyzyltash) in Kyrgyzstan and the Kapan Mine and Processing Company in Armenia. The Company’s near-term focus in the Kyrgyz Republic is on the development of its Tulkubash open pit heap leach project. The Kyzyltash is focused on an underground mine. The Company’s Kapan mine is located in South-eastern Armenia in the Syunik Province. The Company operates in Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.
