APA Group is an Australia-based energy infrastructure business. The Company’s activities include gas transportation and storage, gas distribution, asset management, renewable and gas-fired power generation, and other energy services. The Company operates through three segments: Energy Infrastructure, Asset Management and Energy Investments. Energy Infrastructure segment includes its owned gas pipelines, gas storage, gas compression, gas processing assets and gas-fired and renewable energy power generation assets. Asset Management segment provides commercial, operating services and/or asset maintenance services to the Company’s energy investments and third parties. Energy Investments segment includes its strategic stakes in various investment vehicles. The Company is engaged in various projects, including pipeline construction process, galilee Moranbah pipeline project, Amadeus gas pipeline access arrangement, crib point Pakenham pipeline, and east coast grid expansion.
