The Company’s activities include gas transportation and storage, gas distribution, asset management, renewable and gas-fired power generation, and other energy services. The Company operates through three segments: Energy Infrastructure, Asset Management and Energy Investments. Energy Infrastructure segment includes its owned gas pipelines, gas storage, gas compression, gas processing assets and gas-fired and renewable energy power generation assets. Asset Management segment provides commercial, operating services and/or asset maintenance services to the Company’s energy investments and third parties. Energy Investments segment includes its strategic stakes in various investment vehicles.
