Altur Investissement SCA, formerly Turenne Investissement SCA is a France-based capital investment company. The Company invests and disinvests in directly or in co-investment with funds investment capital. It specializes in Owner Buy-Out and Leveraged Buy-Out investments in small and medium-sized French companies. The Company invests mainly in five sectors: Healthcare, Specialized distribution, Generational Services (Education & Training), High added value industry and Hotel. Altur Investissement supports, as the sole investor or reference investor, ETIs and SMEs fast-growing heritage or family businesses, mostly unlisted. The Company also carries out investments with leverage, especially when acquiring a company by the management in place (MBO), during refinancing from the manager in the capital (OBO) or during the acquisition of high school portfolio.
