Alterra Limited is a developer of agricultural land and water assets based in Western Australia. The Company’s segments include Asset Management, Asset Development and Business Development. Asset Management segment relates to the management of operating assets including the contract to manage the demerged Carbon Business. Asset Development segment relates to assets owned or being developed by the Company. Business Development segment relates to the development of potential assets. The Company is a developer of the Carpenters avocado project located between Manjimup and Pemberton in Western Australia’s south-west. The Carpenters project is aa approximately 200-hectare avocado development located near Pemberton, Western Australia, 3.5 hours south of Perth. The project is based at the Carpenters property, at Beedelup, located within the prime avocado-growing corridor between Manjimup and Pemberton in Western Australia’s south-west.
