Solstice Gold Corp. is a gold exploration company. The Company is carrying out exploration of mineral resource properties in Ontario and Nunavut, Canada. The Company’s projects include Red Lake Extension Project, Atikokan Gold Project, Qaiqtuq Gold Project, and Lithium and Rare Element Exploration Project. Red Lake Extension Project consisting of about 10 claims (164 units, 3300 hectares (ha)) located in the northern part of the Red Lake Gold District. The project comprises an area of approximately 33 square kilometers. The Atikokan Gold Project in the Hammond Gold Camp near Atikokan, Ontario is approximately 225 square kilometers. The Qaiqtuq Gold Project is located approximately 15 kilometers (km) from the Meliadine gold mine owned by AgnicoEagle Mines Limited. The Lithium and Rare Element Exploration Project is located approximately 70 km north-northwest of the town of Nakina and the CN railroad and covers approximately 187 square kilometers.
