The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition of revenue-based royalties from renewable energy generation facilities and other clean energy technologies by providing a non-dilutive royalty financing solution to privately held and publicly traded renewable energy generation and development companies and clean energy technology companies. It offers capital in the form of a cash payment or loan, in exchange for a percentage of future revenues from operating projects. Its royalty financing solutions are designed to provide renewable energy operators and developers with the financial flexibility to grow without resorting to dilution, asset sales or restrictive debt covenants. The Company owns over 100 royalties on solar, wind, battery storage, energy efficiency and renewable natural gas projects in Canada, United States, Mexico, and Chile.
