It is focused on esports, videogames, content creation and distribution, culture, and live and online events. Its business activities consist of owning and operating an integrated portfolio of esports teams, as well as audience engagement. The Company has two segments. Team Operations segment includes league share payouts in its various e-sports pro leagues and tournament prize winnings. Business Operations segment includes surrounding partnerships, team merchandise sales and live event sales. It operates in three geographic areas: Canada, the United States of America and Europe. It owns team franchises in the Overwatch League, operating as the Toronto Defiant; the Call of Duty League, operating as the Toronto Ultra; the League of Legends European Championship, operating as the MAD Lions; and VALORANT Challengers League North America, operating as the MAD Lions.
