Its objective is to provide unitholders with an opportunity to invest in a portfolio of extended-stay, select-service and efficient full-service hotels located in attractive United States markets. It owns 10 branded properties sponsored by Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and Intercontinental Hotels Group, located across the United States. The Company’s properties are operated under franchise agreements with franchisors. Its franchised properties include Dallas Hilton Garden Inn, Addison HomeWood Suites, Plano HomeWood Suites, Las Colinas HomeWood Suite, Olympia DoubleTree, Tigard DoubleTree, St. Petersburg Marriott, Nashville Holiday Inn Express, Hyatt Place Park City and Bradenton Hampton Inn & Suites. The Company is externally advised by NexPoint Real Estate Advisors VI, L.P.
