First Dubai for Real Estate Development Co KSCP, a subsidiary of Al Mazaya Holding Company KSCC, is a Kuwait-based public shareholding company engaged in real estate development and investment operations. The Company’s activities include trade, management and development of properties within Kuwait and abroad; the ownership, purchase and sale of stocks and bonds of real estate companies; providing feasibility studies and real estate consultations; the ownership, management, operation, investment, renting and leasing of hotels, clubs, motels, guest houses, rent houses, parks, gardens, showrooms, restaurants, cafeterias, residential complexes, tourism and health resorts, commercial markets, entertainment and sports projects and shops, among others, and providing maintenance works related the building and properties owned by the Company and third parties. In addition, the Company invests its surplus funds in financial and real estate portfolios.
