The Company has a 100% interest in Blanco Creek Gold Property, which is situated in the Elk Creek Mining District, central Idaho. Its property consists of approximately 3550 meters of strike on the north-east trending regional Blanco Shear Zone. It owns a 100% interest in Happy Cat gold Property, which is situated in southern Ravenswood Mining District, Lander County, Nevada. Its property consists of approximately 1213 hectares (ha).
